Lisa Frank, a household name in the underground scene of Washington DC, has garnered a cult-like following in the electronic world and it's easy to see why after catching her spin live. A steady dance floor seems to be inseparably paired with her hard hitting sets that move between techno, house, acid, freestyle and electro bass.

 

She relentlessly promotes the scene of DC most notably with ROAM; a DIY after-hours party that literally "roams" around the city with throngs of loyal party freaks following its wake.

Lisa Frank aided in the launch of label ROAMANCE and was a main feature in Washington DC's first Boiler Room on May 2019. She is also 1/4 of DC's underground queer collective The NeedlExchange. She has also played alongside artists like Sasha, Maceo Plex, ANNA, Nastia, Dusky, Patrice Bäumel, Danny Daze, Horse Meat Disco, etc.
